Magnesia partially stabilized zirconia is widely used in fine ceramics and refractory material industries, because of its stable structure, excellent thermal shock resistance, good mechanical property under high temperature etc.

Magnesia Partially Stabilized Zirconia ceramics are transformation-toughened zirconia, offering superior strength, toughness and wear & corrosion resistance. Transformation toughening imparts impact resistance and durability in cyclic fatigue environments.

Zirconia ceramic materials feature the lowest thermal conductivity of structural grade ceramics. The thermal expansion of zirconia ceramic is similar to cast iron, which helps minimize stress in ceramic-metal assemblies.

Magnesia Partially Stabilized Zirconia ceramics are ideal material choices for valve and pump components, bushings and wear sleeves, oil and gas down-hole tools and industrial tooling applications.
